About

"I look at someone's junk and see beauty in it. I enjoy the challenge of creating unique pieces of art to breathe new life into it.  There are no mistakes in art, just another opportunity to create differently."

Carolyn is a retired teacher from the Philadelphia area. She has honed her expertise in artistic endeavors for 35 years, and produces original and creative works of art from her studio in her home. She has numerous works of art in the form of mosaics, painting, photography, jewelry making, and has written 4 books.  She teaches classes in mosaics, painting and jewelry making.  Additionally, she has been teaching writing to children for 20 years, and is currently working on her 5th book.

When she is not creating, she runs activities in the community just for fun, spends time with her wonderful family, and takes walks with her sweet dog, Otto.
